Saturday Practice #3 - Best Custard Pie Ever

This is the best custard pie I've eaten in my life.

I cannot make good custard. Yet. But I've tasted some of the bests, but Roo's mom custard pie still wins my heart (and tongue) completely.

She made the pastry crust, also the custard. I don't know how she does it, but I always find myself craving for these babies.

Although the crust's presentation's not perfect (looks can be deceiving right?), and it's not that crumbly, the custard is the best component of the pie. It's awesomely silky smooth, adequately sweet, without any hint of eggy smell or grainy flour. Not even the smallest hint. It's just flawless. Seriously.

I'd love to spend all of the afternoons just having these and a cup of sweet tea hehee.

And oh look what I score from US, some funny-tasting lollipops. Love it but.
